We sell non-protective workwear. Every garment on this site is ordinary clothing intended for work, and is sold as an outright purchase.

We do not operate a membership scheme, a subscription, a points scheme, stored credit or a repeat delivery service. There is no recurring charge of any kind associated with anything on this site.

• All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). This is the only currency in which we sell, and there is no currency switcher.
• Displayed prices include Swedish value added tax at 25 %.
• Shipping is not included in the displayed price. It is shown separately and in full before you are asked to pay.
• If your delivery country charges import duty or local taxes, those are payable by you and are not collected by us. See Frakt och retur.
• Your card issuer may convert USD into your own currency at its own rate and may add a fee. That conversion is between you and your issuer.

• Free standard shipping applies to orders of $150 or more, before any discount is applied. The threshold is stated on this page and in the cart.
• Where a discount code exists, its conditions, its duration and any exclusions are stated wherever the code is offered. Codes cannot be combined unless we say so explicitly.
• Reference prices. If we ever show a struck-out previous price, that price will be the lowest price we actually applied to that item in the 30 days before the reduction. If we cannot evidence such a price, we do not show one. Today, no item on this site carries a struck-out price.
• We do not use countdown timers, artificial stock warnings or any other invented scarcity.

• Our long-block and short-block garments are priced identically to each other. We do not charge for height.
• We do not operate a men’s line, and we do not price a garment differently because it is cut on a women’s block.
• Every size within a garment costs the same. There is no surcharge for larger sizes.

1. You add items to the cart and go to checkout.
2. You complete your details, confirm that you have read our statement about protective equipment, and agree to these terms.
3. You are taken to payment. Payment methods available on this site are configured by the operator.
4. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund anything already paid.

Before you confirm, the checkout page shows the goods, the total price, the currency, the shipping cost and your right of withdrawal.

• This site does not ask for, receive or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes at any point. Card data is handled entirely by the payment service provider the operator has configured, over an encrypted connection.
• The whole site is served over HTTPS. There is no unencrypted checkout path.
• Card payments are processed by a provider operating to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not hold cardholder data and therefore never transmit it ourselves.
• Payment is taken when the order is placed unless the payment method you choose states otherwise at the time.

Delivery times, carriers and costs are set out on the Frakt och retur page. We deliver to the countries listed at checkout.

Restrictions. We cannot ship to a country subject to applicable export restrictions or sanctions, or where the carrier will not accept the consignment. If your country is not in the checkout list, that is why. Nothing we sell is a controlled or restricted good in itself: our garments are ordinary textile clothing under CN chapters 61 and 62, and they are not personal protective equipment, not dual-use items and not subject to any licensing regime.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. The full procedure, including the official withdrawal form from Konsumentverket, is on the Ångerrätt page.

Our garments are outerwear and work garments. We do not deliver them sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and we therefore do not claim the sealed-goods exception. The right of withdrawal applies to everything we sell, in full.

What counts as a fault and what counts as ordinary wear is set out with examples on the Reklamation page. We do not offer a commercial guarantee, and nothing on this site reduces the statutory period above.

If we say no to your claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation.

Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden — arn.se. ARN applies a minimum value threshold that varies by product category; we will tell you the current threshold for clothing if we reject a claim.

The movement figures, finished measurements, pocket positions, fabric weights and shrinkage ranges on this site are measurements, and we stand behind them. If a garment you receive does not match its published measurements, that is a fault, not a tolerance.

Where we say a figure was measured on a 165 cm wearer in size 38, that is exactly what happened. It is not a claim about what the figure will be on you.

This site is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Swedish law governs these terms and any contract formed under them. If you live in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
