Your statutory rights

You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn't faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.

If we say no to your claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation.

When it arrives, squat down in it before you wear it to work. That is the test that matters, and doing it doesn't affect your right to return.

Cut on a short block — 6 cm taken out of the inside leg above the knee, not off the hem.
Knee dart and pocket heights moved up so they still land where they should.
Deep diamond crotch gusset.

This block is graded for a 152–162 cm frame, so the pocket centres sit higher than on our regular block. Pocket positions are set for a 165 cm frame. Scaled-down men's patterns put them where a shorter arm can't reach. Every distance below is measured from the waistline down to the centre of the pocket opening.

What fails first

Workwear wears out, and it wears out in a predictable order. These are the places this garment gives up first, listed before you buy it rather than after.

Wear at these points is wear, not a fault. A seam that opens in normal use, a failed zip, a reinforcement layer coming away, a garment that does not match the measurements above, or shrinkage beyond the stated range — those are faults. See Reklamation.

Care

Machine wash 60 °C, normal cycle.
Do not use fabric softener — it coats the twill and the fabric stops shedding dust.
Tumble dry low or line dry.
Iron medium. Do not iron over the hardware.
Wash before first wear so the shrinkage below has already happened when you check the fit.
