Your statutory rights

You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it wasn't faulty when you got it. Not the other way round.

If we say no to your claim and you disagree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). It is free for you, and we will follow their recommendation.

Try it before it goes to work

When it arrives, squat down in it before you wear it to work. That is the test that matters, and doing it doesn't affect your right to return.

Construction

  • Detachable cross-back braces plus a 6 cm unlined waistband.
  • 260 g/m² twill so there is less garment to carry in the first place.
  • Diamond crotch gusset, straight leg.
  • Triple-stitched throughout, bar-tacked at every anchor.

Pocket positions are set for a 165 cm frame. Scaled-down men's patterns put them where a shorter arm can't reach. Every distance below is measured from the waistline down to the centre of the pocket opening.
